Prior to becoming a police officer, I was a pharmaceutical sales representative.  I made a career change and joined UPPD.  I have held the position as police officer, SERT operator, plain clothes detective, detective sergeant, patrol sergeant and my current role as Community Relations / Neighborhood Resource Unit Supervisor.  I spearheaded, the Pitt Police “Most Wanted” food drive.  The food collected has been donated to the Pitt Pantry, (CHS) Community Human Services South Oakland, Islamic Center of Pittsburgh and the Light of Life.

I recently received the University of Pittsburgh 2018 Staff Professional Development Award in Honor of Ronald W. Frisch.

I enjoy lazy days on the beach in Ft. Lauderdale. I will never turn down a good Cuban sandwich and a Cuban coffee.  In my spare time I like selling on eBay and buying cryptocurrency.
